Whereas the basic deck, Insanely Clinical, is a semi-minimal, black-and-white deck with a mental therapist business card-like back and ink blot fronts, Clinically Insane is a black deck printed on full-coverage holographic cold foil with extra layers of inkblot madness. Each card features unique, hand-painted inkblots, as if drawing you into an eldritch nightmare.
